On 12th April, 2022, teacher Hu Kaiqiong of the politics group of the Senior High Department gave a lecture on the second round of review topic of Senior Three -- the skills of answering subjective questions of suggestions and measures, who made meticulous preparation and precise lesson preparation in combination with the reality of students in our school, putting forward targeted coping strategies. Thus, the whole class was summarized in detail and clearly organized. Besides, the teacher-student interaction was profound and efficient, which provided a good opportunity for all teachers with the politics group to learn and exchange. On the other hand, the students expressed that the guidance method summarized by teacher Hu Kaiqiong was clear and concise, and they could improve a lot by doing more exercises after class, after which the politics teaching and research group collectively appraised the lesson and commented on the highlights and shortcomings. Furthermore, the second round of review in Senior Three is not only a systematic summary and improvement of basic knowledge, induction and application of answering skills, but also a process of enhancing students' confidence in learning. Therefore, comments to students need a combination of encouragement and pointing out problems. Last but not the least, Director Xu Zuitai, resident group leader, pointed out that teachers should activate the classroom atmosphere, give full play to the students' subjective initiative, and let students participate in the classroom exchanges and interactions during the second round of review.
